Switch projects from the bottom bar0.43.0

When the outline is closed, the project tile sits at the left of the bottom bar and opens the same project list. Control and scroll zoom the page again while you read a set of pages in one scroll.

Highlights

The project tile stays on the bar

Close the outline and the open project’s tile sits at the far left of the bottom bar, with a hairline between it and the page controls. Click it and the same project list the outline uses opens upward. The tip names the project. Open the outline and the tile leaves the bar. The project row at the foot of the outline is the switcher again. (#912)

Fixes worth naming

Control, Command, a pinch, or Shift with the wheel zoom the page again in continuous scroll on the main view. They had stopped zooming there, over a drawing set or a document read as one scroll. A plain wheel still scrolls. (#919)

Upgrade notes

No migrations. No flag changes. No new dependencies.
package.json’s version is 0.43.0.

Known limits

The bottom-bar tile is only there while the outline is closed. With the outline open, switch projects from the project row at the foot of the outline.
The tile is absent when no project is open.
Continuous scroll on the spec pane, and on a sheet kept beside, already zoomed with the wheel. This release does not change those.
Single page view is unchanged. The wheel fix is the main view’s continuous scroll only.
