Ask Layr fixes from the first day in production0.42.1

Three fixes for Ask Layr after its first day on layrbuild.app. Ask now sees real letters when it checks its own markups. Questions that run several tools at once no longer fail. Clouds around text boxes match what you see on screen.

Highlights

Ask checks its work with real letters

Ask draws a picture of the sheet to check its markups. On the hosted app, text in that picture came out as empty boxes. Ask now draws with the same fonts the editor uses, so its check matches your screen. (#915)

Fixes worth naming

Ask’s check pictures showed text as empty boxes on the hosted app. The server had no fonts. Ask then wasted steps trying other fonts, and told users their correct markups were broken. Layr now ships the open fonts the editor already uses: Hanken Grotesk, Arimo, Carlito, Tinos, Caladea, Gelasio, and Cousine, all under the SIL Open Font License. The server now draws real letters. Some Ask questions failed with “An error occurred.” When Ask ran four or more tools at once, the request carried five cache markers. The model provider allows four. Each request now carries exactly two. (#916)
Ask clouded text boxes too narrow. The server guessed character widths and wrapped text narrower than the screen shows. Ask’s picture and its clouds then did not match what users saw. The server now uses the editor’s own character widths. (#917)

Upgrade notes

No migrations. No flag changes.
The fonts add about 2 MB, zipped, to the server bundle of the Ask routes. next.config.ts includes src/services/ask/fonts/ in those routes.
package.json’s version is 0.42.1.

Known limits

No italic font files ship. The server measures italic text as upright and slants the upright letters to draw it.
A cloud with extra margin can touch the line below.
